These terms apply to the browser game Nothing 2 Lose at nothing2lose.eu (the "game"). By playing or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. The game

Nothing 2 Lose is a free browser game. You can play as a guest or with an account. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• Give a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account. Do not share, sell or trade accounts.
• Usernames must not be offensive, hateful or misleading, and must not impersonate anyone.
• You must meet the minimum age in the Privacy Policy (13, or 16 where national law requires it).

3. Fair play

Do not:

• cheat, use hacks, bots, macros, modified clients or exploits, or tamper with network traffic;
• attack, overload, probe or disrupt the game or its servers, or try to access other players' accounts;
• harass, threaten, abuse or impersonate other players, the operator or anyone else;
• use the game for anything illegal.

If you find a bug or exploit, please report it to us instead of using it.

4. Chat rules

Be respectful. No hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content, spam, advertising, scams or sharing of other people's personal information. Never share your password; we will never ask for it.

5. Suspension

We may warn, mute, kick, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, at our discretion and, where reasonable, with notice. You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Changes to the game

The game is in active development. We may change, reset, add or remove features, content and progress balance, and we may pause or end the service at any time. Game progress and in-game items have no monetary value.

7. Our content

The game, its code, art, sounds and text belong to the operator or its licensors. You may play and stream the game, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute its files.

8. No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be error-free, always online or that progress will never be lost.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing here limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
